What we collect

When you send the form, call or text, we keep your name, your contact details and what you tell us about your situation. The site also keeps basic visit records, like pages viewed and the type of browser, to keep it working.

How we use it

Only to answer you, decide whether we can help, and, if you become a client, to work on your claim. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

No one outside the firm, except the services that run this site and our phones, and, once you're a client, the people your claim requires, such as doctors, the insurer and the court.

How long we keep it

If you don't become a client, we delete your message after a reasonable time. Client files are kept as long as the rules for lawyers require.
